Jeff Threde has been a licensed general contractor since 1994. He has lived in Granite Bay and operated GBHI since 2000.

We hired Jeff Threde to remodel our upstairs guest bathroom in Granite Bay, CA. My wife had many ideas and had consulted with a family friend who is an interior decorator. We wanted something spectacular and yet at a price under $25,000 and we wanted it completed within a very aggressive schedule. This included new fixtures, unique wood treatments, Asian-inspired designer grad cabinets, removal of tub and installation of tile and rock shower with frameless shower door. The project was done on time and on budget and we are extremely happy . . . . thanks to Jeff. We hope to use Jeff again on our master bathroom. We highly recommend Jeff and the team he utilizes. They deliver superior results. . . . and he is a very nice person who communicates extremely well . . .critical to success of complex projects.
